We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Temporary Receptionist to be the welcoming face for our client located in Liberty, SC. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while supporting administrative operations within the manufacturing department.Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Greet visitors warmly and coordinate plant tours.
  • Input and maintain weekly manufacturing cost and productivity reports.
  • Perform bookkeeping, filing, and general clerical tasks.
  • Manage mail flow and maintain updated phone lists.
  • Coordinate use of the company auditorium.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Receiving teams on data entry.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
  • Promote a safe and compliant workplace by following all safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AS400 systems.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Shift: 8am to 5pm Monday-FridayPay: $16.00 Duration:  6-22-26  to 8-19-26
