Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our Ford dealership team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally upon arrival

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

  • Schedule service appointments and route calls to appropriate departments

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and customer waiting area

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide general information about dealership services

  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Support dealership staff with clerical duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, automotive experience a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (phones, email, scheduling systems)
