We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact while providing outstanding customer service and support to residents, guests, and team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors while creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist residents and guests with questions, directions, and general support needs.
• Handle mail, packages, and front desk organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support safety and security procedures by monitoring visitor access and maintaining awareness of surroundings.
About You
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Friendly, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
• Comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
