They are seeking a polished and customer-focused Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr Depending on experience

Position Overview:
The Receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for clients, guests, and employees entering the office. This individual will manage front desk operations, coordinate visitor services, and provide administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and able to maintain discretion while working in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist looking to gain exposure to the finance industry while developing strong administrative and client service skills.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments and team members.
  • Manage front desk scheduling, calendars, and visitor logs.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and assist with meeting preparation.
  • Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a polished office environment.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative projects, data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate visitor access and work with building management as needed.
  • Support office leadership and administrative teams with special projects.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
  • Previous experience in a financial services, banking, accounting, or professional services environment.
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, Zoom, or similar business applications.
  • Comfortable interacting with executives, clients, and external stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
