HumanHire has partnered with an Am Law 100 firm in NYC to find a Receptionist to join their growing team!

The Receptionist will be responsible for serving as the firm's primary onsite ambassador, managing high-level visitor relations, complex meeting logistics, and essential administrative operations for the New York office.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact by promptly greeting clients, managing high-volume calls (multi-line system), taking detailed messages, and entering guests into the building security system
  • Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics, including maintaining the online conference room schedule, managing A/V requirements, coordinating vendor access, and handling guest lists for firm events
  • Place catering orders, track attorney/client dietary restrictions and preferences, and process internal charge-back information
  • Act as a dedicated concierge for attorneys, staff, and guests by assisting with transportation/car service reservations, managing visiting office schedules, and handling clerical tasks (copying, faxing, scanning)
  • Oversee office operations by interacting with building security/maintenance (reporting plumbing, electrical, or temperature issues, and ordering access badges) and maintaining the New York office phone directory, portal page, and floor plans.

Receptionist Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
