Receptionist Responsibilities
Operate telephone and/or paging system
Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the nature of the call and direct the caller to appropriate personnel and/or department
Receive, sort, stamp, and distribute in-house and out-going mail as directed
Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information
Report suspicious persons, unusual occurrences, and unsafe/hazardous conditions to Supervisor immediately
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may become necessary or appropriate
Receptionist Requirements
High school diploma or its equivalent
COVID-19 Vaccination
Preferred
1+ years of healthcare receptionist experience
