The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities and delivering excellent customer service. This is a Contract to Hire position and requires strong organizational and communication skills. This role is located in Midtown East.

- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide office support, organize/maintain office, order office supplies and food.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
- Handle mail distribution and courier services efficiently.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is presentable and organized at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared for use.
- Assist with data entry and updating internal databases.
- Perform other reception and administrative duties as assigned.

Profile
- Completed Bachelors Degree.
- Previous office or front desk experience.
- Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 20lb (as needed).
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday 7:30am-5pm (OT eligibile).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Zoom.
- A professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
