Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Newark, DE (100% On-Site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $30/hourly

Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Reception & Corporate Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for executives, clients, board members, and visitors. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience while supporting front desk operations and corporate visit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support executive-level visitors and external stakeholders.
• Manage front desk operations, visitor access, phone coverage, and meeting room coordination.
• Coordinate visitor logistics with executive assistants and internal teams.
• Maintain visitor tracking and security protocols.
• Ensure reception and common areas reflect Bloom Energy's professional brand standards.
• Support executive visits, including meeting preparation, signage, and materials.
• Handle inquiries and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with administrative and facilities-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate reception, hospitality, executive support, or client-facing roles.
• Experience interacting with senior executives preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and visitor management systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
