Job Overview:
- The Receptionist performs front desk reception, scheduling duties, coordinates the operations of patient information, welcome, meet-and-greet patient navigation programs, and ensures a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- The goal is achieved through various channels by working with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction and enhance first impressions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including workdays, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of all required orientation programs
Preferred:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Ability to deal with diversified customers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Shift Day
- Time: Working: Flexibility to work hours fluctuating between 7:00am and 5:00pm
- Status: Full Time
- Hours: 37.5hrs
