Receptionist

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch
• This customer will require a meet-and-greet with their management team as part of the interview process.
• The ideal candidate should have experience delivering high quality guest interactions, both over the phone and in person.
• The customer has very high expectations (similar to that of a law firm), so we need someone who is:
• Attentive and detail oriented
• Approachable and professional
• Experienced in a polished, professional office environment
• Including Proficient to Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable representing the customer’s brand through exceptional service
• Duties include:
• Answering and transferring calls
• Greeting and badging visitors
• Using Easy Lobby to manage visitor

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Experience in a receptionist role is ideal - Full or Parttime
• Experience in a professional office environment
• DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE ADMIN EXPERIENCE
• Must be familiar with MS O365 Suite - Proficient in Outlook - Email, Calendarizing. As well as Intermediate Skill level in Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior reception experience.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communications skills WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information
• Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
• Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
