Global leader in medical technology, delivering advanced patient monitoring systems, anesthesia machines, ventilators, and ultrasound solutions trusted in hospitals and critical care environments worldwide is seeking a Receptionist. Their culture is built on collaboration, integrity, and a drive to equip caregivers with the tools they need to deliver exceptional care. This position welcomes and directs visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquires, and giving directions. This position maintains building security by following procedures, monitoring lobby log book, issuing visitor badges, and monitoring the lobby. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. When perm, company offers comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

Responsibilities:
-Screen incoming calls and assist callers in determining correct destination.
-Greet visitors and candidates in a professional and courteous manner and notify the appropriate department.
-Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
-Assist supervisor with developing and maintaining reception scheduling.
-Complete various projects directed by Customer Service Manager.
-Process fax orders for parts/accessories as needed.
