Job Description
The Receptionist role at the Oak Brook location provides front desk support to an office of 375 employees spanning 4 floors. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Directing traffic across several floors
- Answering phones and visitor management
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensuring cleanliness of all spaces (common areas, conference rooms, break rooms, etc.)
- Ordering and restocking office and break room supplies
- Issuing badges
- Assisting in maintenance of seating floor plan
- Assisting in execution of office events
- Multiple other duties as assigned
Important Details: This is an onsite role 8a-5p, Monday through Friday.
