As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners, you will play a critical role in representing our organization with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.

Position Summary

The Receptionist serves as the face and voice of the Corporate Office, providing outstanding customer service while managing incoming communications and greeting guests. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate personnel.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and business partners with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Process and maintain accurate records for daily UPS shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain daily logs and itineraries for consultants, regional leaders, and employees as needed.
  • Update company directories, internal communication platforms, and information systems.
  • Support general administrative and office operations as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position.
