Receptionist/Office AssistantLeading Immigration Law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a highly motivated self starter to join our team and grow their experience in the world of immigration. Candidates should possess the following qualites:
- command of the Spanish Language
- strong customer service skills
- attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- exceptional organizational skills
- an ability to work well with other team members
- familiarity with database management systems (CRM)
- Responsibilities include, but not be limited to phones, translations, interpreting, copies, filings, etc.
- The ideal candidate will be open to possible advancement and training as a full-time legal assistant.
- Must be able to be an independent multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Immigration recommended
