Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome all walk-in customers and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Create a positive first impression for every client entering the agency.
- Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Phone & Administrative Support
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties.
- Support the agency team with day-to-day office operations.
Professional Development
- Learn agency systems, insurance terminology, and customer service best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Build the skills necessary for future advancement opportunities within the agency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
