Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greets and engages with all Community visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience
- Manages incoming calls, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy
- Performs various administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, maintaining sign-in documentation, and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
