Part-Time Automotive Receptionist

Job Description

Walker Automotive has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Automotive Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.

This individual will serve as a first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting customers and visitors, and providing administrative support to the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming dealership phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department
• Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Notify the appropriate team member when a customer is waiting
• Work cooperatively with the sales team and other dealership departments
• Update customer records as needed
• Assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist with the dealer exchange vehicle process
• Participate in customer satisfaction and retention efforts
• Provide general administrative and receptionist support as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–7:00 PMFriday: 3:30 PM–6:00 PM
