Receptionist (Per diem)

North Westchester Restorative Therapy and Nursing has an opportunity for a Per diem Receptionist to join their team.

Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus!

Shifts available: Weekends 7am-3pm or 3pm-8:30pm and Possible nights M-F 4-8:30pm

The Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Answer and route all incoming calls with a high level of professionalism
2. Greet Visitors
3. Perform support for all departments

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic.
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• Ability to organize and ensure the completion of multiple tasks.
• Experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long-Term Care preferred
• Clerical experience
• Customer service experience

Salary: $16.50 per hour
