Potential Responsibilities
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle mail, packages, and office correspondence
Maintain office supplies and reception areas
Provide administrative support to various departments
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and positive demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
