Hourly breakdown of salary range: Minimum $18.00 - Midpoint $20.54 - Maximum $23.08

SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the various executive offices on the 23rd / 24th floor of the 1MC Building. Responsible for varied, administrative duties requiring confidentiality, exercise of independent judgement, and initiative.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Verbally greeting guests visiting the Executive Floors in a clear, pleasant, and understandable manner. Manually serve guests beverages; verbally announce guests' arrival to the various executive offices on the 23rd and 24th floor. Greet and direct guests to the appropriate conference rooms.
Answer incoming calls in a clear, pleasant, and understandable manner. Screen and manually record messages and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Assist the administrative support personnel on designated assignments including, but not limited to, receiving all incoming packages, retrieving/distributing incoming mail, filing, etc.
Take weekly/monthly inventory and keep supplies stocked for the department.
Schedule and monitor the various conference rooms on the executive floors.
Replenish the copy machine paper by unwrapping and inserting reams of paper into appropriate trays. Maintain adequate supply of paper, toner, fax cover sheets, etc. in supply/copy rooms.
End-of-day office checks, to include - Coffee-maker maintenance, coordinate office cleanings, plant service maintenance, check/replenish printer supplies, monitor scheduled shredder bin service, etc.
Operates all standard office machines/computers.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Required: High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate's degree or some college credits
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two years of front office, clerical, or related experience.
Preferred: Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Preferred: Certified Professional Secretary
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
