Job Description: Receptionist The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role performs a variety of administrative and customer-service tasks requiring professionalism and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling, managing front-desk operations, and supporting general office functions. Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors and patients upon arrival.- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.- Process paperwork and ensure proper documentation flow.- Maintain organized front office and waiting area.- Provide general administrative support to office staff. Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED.- 1–3 years of customer service or office experience preferred.- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
