Frasier is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven PRN Receptionist to join our team. Whether greeting visitors, assisting residents, answering questions, or supporting operations behind the scenes, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects Frasier's commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and care.

OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU

Pay Range: $19.80-$22.74 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: PRN / As Needed. Opportunities may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and vacation coverage based on operational needs.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Own the Front Desk Experience

  • Create exceptional first impressions for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members through warm, professional service.
  • Serve as the community's central connection point, helping people find information, resources, and support.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and requests with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and resident-centered environment every day.

Keep Community Operations Running Smoothly

  • Coordinate meeting spaces, guest room reservations, and other scheduling needs to support daily operations.
  • Maintain resident directories, contact information, and community resources to ensure information stays accurate and accessible.
  • Enter work orders, process requests, and help connect residents and team members with the services they need.
  • Support tours, events, communications, and administrative projects that contribute to a vibrant community experience.

Support Resident Services & Communication

  • Assist with mail, package distribution, notices, and other communications that keep residents informed and connected.
  • Build positive relationships with residents while providing responsive, solutions-focused customer service.
  • Serve as a trusted resource by answering questions and proactively assisting residents, families, and visitors.
  • Help ensure residents and guests consistently experience Frasier's commitment to hospitality and care

Ensure Accuracy, Safety & Accountability

  • Manage cash-handling responsibilities, resident transactions, and related documentation with accuracy and integrity.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and support established safety and security protocols.
  • Protect confidential information and uphold HIPAA requirements and organizational standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and reliability in every interaction and responsibility.

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

  • Minimum one year of receptionist, front desk, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other common office technologies.
  • Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions within established guidelines.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or service-focused environments preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
