This critical role serves as the face of our office, handling inbound communications and providing vital clerical support to our financial advisory and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, investors, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Phone Communications: Answer, screen, and route high-volume incoming phone calls quickly and accurately.
- Document Processing: Sort, log, and prepare high-priority financial and client paperwork.
- Digital Archiving: Scan, index, and organize sensitive documents into our digital filing system.
- Administrative Support: Assist with outgoing mail, overnight shipping, and maintaining lobby presentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or clerical office role.
- Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in corporate finance, wealth management, or legal offices is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with high-volume office scanners, digital filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, discretion with confidential financial data, and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be able to complete onboarding and begin working by the end of this current week.
