Job Description:
Provides front desk and clerical support for a patient-facing department within a PACE senior care program. Serves as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling, message distribution, and general inquiries. Maintains organized filing systems, logs, and departmental records while supporting daily office operations. Handles multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up. Candidates must demonstrate strong receptionist experience within healthcare settings and a consistent work history. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to manage front desk workflows while delivering high-quality service to patients and internal teams.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative support roles
Experience in healthcare or patient-facing environment required
High School Diploma or GED required
