How You Will Make a Difference
• Answer multi‑line phones; greet visitors; manage check‑in and badges per policy.
• Coordinate visitor schedules with nursing and security; uphold privacy and safety.
• Handle mail, scanning, and basic EMR and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain a calm lobby environment, even during busy times.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.

What We’re Looking For
• Healthcare front desk experience preferred; excellent customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
