Part-Time Medical Spa Receptionist & Sales Coordinator.
On The Glow Aesthetic Medspa:
We’re looking for a polished, professional, and personable team member who is passionate about luxury client experiences, sales, and exceptional customer service. This is more than a front desk position & it’s the heart of creating an elevated experience from the moment a client walks through our doors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a luxury hospitality mindset.
- Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments while maximizing provider productivity and maintaining an efficient schedule.
- Educate clients on treatments, memberships, packages, and skincare products.
- Confidently recommend services and convert consultations into booked treatments.
- Check clients in and out while accurately processing payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, luxury front desk environment.
- Assist with social media engagement, promotions, and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Support providers and the management team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Keep organization & hygienic atmosphere.
- Sales-oriented & passionate about beauty treatments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong sales ability with confidence discussing aesthetic treatments and skincare.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with a polished, luxury-minded presentation.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
- Comfortable learning new technology and practice management software.
- Team player who thrives in a high-performance, client-focused culture.
