- Experience in a professional office environment
- Must be familiar with MS O365 Suite - Proficient in Outlook - Email, Calendarizing. As well as Intermediate Skill level in Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Customer will require a meet-and-greet with their management team as part of the interview process.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering high-quality guest interactions, both over the phone and in person.
- Attentive and detail oriented
- Approachable and professional
- Experienced in a polished, professional office environment
- Including Proficient to Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable representing the customer’s brand through exceptional service
- Duties include:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Greeting and badging visitors
- Using Easy Lobby to manage visitors
