Receptionist
LHH is seeking a Receptionist for a one-month contract opportunity in Central San Diego, CA. This position is available for immediate start and will provide critical front-desk support during a busy event season. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while creating a welcoming experience for visitors and guests. This is a fully onsite role offering a competitive pay rate of $22.00-24.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and provide general office support
Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management
Support event-related administrative tasks as needed
Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
Required Qualifications
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Schedule
$22.00-24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Monday-Friday
9:30am-6pm
One-month contract assignment
