Receptionist

Now Hiring: Receptionist in San Diego, CA

LHH is partnering with a well known and reputable company located in Mission Valley to hire a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic. This full time position pays $22.00/hour and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience while providing extra support while the team prepares for an upcoming office move.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Contract-To-Hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Location: Onsite in Mission Valley
• Pay: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer incoming calls, transfer, and relay messages accurately
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings
• Help coordinate office meetings, including preparing and cleaning the conference room before and after use
• Maintain and restock the office break room, ensuring supplies are organized and available
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Keep the reception area organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Monitor and grant access to authorized personnel, following all security protocols
• Support administrative and clerical needs such as data entry, filing, copying, printing, scanning, and faxing
• Collaborate with team members on various office tasks and projects
• Provide added support for the company's upcoming office move, including preparing workspaces, organizing supplies, and assisting with packing/coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or office support preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; quick learner with new software
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
