About the Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a reputable real estate firm in San Diego that is looking to bring on a polished and professional Receptionist to support their office operations. This role is the face of the office and plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience for clients, tenants, and visitors while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, vendors, and visitors
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage front desk communications
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting setup
Support the property management and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining tenant/vendor records
Help coordinate vendor access and general office logistics
What They’re Looking For:
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience (real estate or property management experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills with a polished and professional presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
A team player with a proactive, “happy to help” attitude
