Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Greet and assist visitors while managing a multi-line phone system.
• Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff or voicemail.
• Provide general information, directions, and office support to callers and visitors.
• Manage visitor access, issue passes, and maintain appointment calendars.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages; accept deliveries.
• Prepare basic documents, memos, and reports as needed.
• Order and maintain office supplies.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Basic math skills, including percentages.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Escrow/Title experience

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
