Front Desk Receptionist / Operations Support


Glass Flooring Systems – Sparta, NJ

Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) is the industry leader in high-end structural glass systems, working with top architects, builders, and developers across the country. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a sharp, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist who will also support our production, shipping, and sales teams.


This is not a typical front desk role — this is a high-visibility position with real responsibility and a clear path for advancement.


What You’ll Do


  • Be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors

  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and confidence

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (LTL, freight, paperwork)

  • Support the production team with scheduling and job coordination

  • Assist the sales team with proposal prep, order tracking, and client follow-ups

  • Help manage project files, documentation, and internal communication

  • Maintain a polished, professional front office environment

What We’re Looking For


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working across multiple departments

  • Professional presence and a proactive mindset

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook required)

  • Construction, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus
