The School Receptionist is the gatekeeper and face of the school office, providing a warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere for students, staff, parents and visitors. The receptionist also completes administrative tasks and supports school administration.
Responsibility Include:
Assist with New Hire/Data change personnel paperwork
xerox/copier repairs
Staff coverage for Parent meetings
End of Year checkout forms/paperwork
Visitor/Student sign in
Indoor recess Calendar
Health Notices
Field Trip Calendar
Bus for Field Trip
Meet you teacher/school supply drop off signage
Curriculum night signage
Staff Key management
Records/transfer In/Out - photo copying/filling out forms
Mail
Substitute plan meetings
Assist in the closing of office in June.

This position has an hourly range of $15.00 - $16.60 An employee’s pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
