ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2021 with a focus on building a strong, growth-oriented team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 30 years in the automotive industry managing service departments. My dad was a State Farm agent for 25 years, and I eventually decided to follow in his footsteps and bring my leadership experience into this business.


Outside of the office, I enjoy cars, motorcycling, boating, and golfing. I also stay involved in the community through local events and activities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bill Oswald - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
