Alita Ameneyro Insurance Agency, Inc. is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in social media content creation.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Support the Agent in an administrative/assistant role.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be willing and able to obtain an insurance license within 30 days – because we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and expertise to best serve our customers. We’re offering a sign-on bonus of up to $500 after licensing completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in soft sales conversations.
- Strong computer a typing skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
