ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2026, and we're excited to be building a team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years working as a State Farm Team Member, learning the business and gaining firsthand experience helping customers protect what matters most. That experience shaped the kind of agency I wanted to create—one where team members are supported, challenged, and given opportunities to grow.
I attended Drake University and enjoy spending my free time outdoors, relaxing at the cabin, playing pickleball, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams. I believe work should be rewarding, but it's also important to enjoy life outside the office and maintain a healthy balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
