ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of four. Before returning to agency ownership, I served as a State Farm agent in Alaska, worked as a Sales Leader, and later held a corporate role. I ultimately realized my passion was working directly with customers and developing a great team. Outside of work, I'm a foodie who loves traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new places with my two dogs and cat.
We enjoy staying involved in the community through local events and activities. Building relationships with our neighbors is an important part of who we are and how we serve our customers.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, full health benefits after 12 months, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also believe in investing in our team's future through ongoing development and growth opportunities.
Our culture is all about working hard, having fun, and putting customers first. We love friendly competition, celebrate successes, and create opportunities for our team to grow. I'm looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attendance, and a growth mindset who is motivated to build a successful long-term career.
