Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-up.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to support local community events.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
- People-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed (like 40-60 WPM)
