ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of two with strong momentum and opportunity ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at Charles Schwab, bringing a financial services background and customer-focused approach into the business. I attended New Mexico State University and enjoy staying connected to the local community through events and outreach. Giving back and building relationships locally is something we value as a team.

Jordan Escobar - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
