ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I began my career with State Farm in 2009 and have proudly served the Northern Virginia community as an agent since 2011. Over the years, we’ve built an agency centered around strong relationships, great service, and being an active part of the community we serve. We support local small businesses and enjoy finding ways to give back, including collecting toys for local children through Toys for Tots during the holidays.
Our agency offers a strong commitment to work-life balance, with no weekends or late nights. Team members have at least five opportunities throughout the year to earn performance-based bonuses, giving hard work plenty of opportunities to be recognized and rewarded. We also provide company clothing two to three times per year and keep our break room stocked with snacks, refreshments, and coffee.

Andrew Elliott - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
