Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2007 and is supported by a dedicated team of 5 professionals. My background includes wholesale and over 30 years in the financial services industry, which has shaped my commitment to strong client relationships and sound financial guidance.

I attended a small college in Florida and am a proud Marine Corps veteran. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. I’m also actively involved in our church and in the local youth soccer league, where one of my team members coaches a youth team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Chris Hernandez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • BILINGUAL SPANISH PREFERRED.
