ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I have been with State Farm since 2017 and opened my agency in 2021. I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing and proudly served for nine years in the United States Air Force and Mississippi Air National Guard. My wife, Anna, and I live in Germantown with our rescue dog, Olive. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Building relationships in our community is one of my favorite parts of the job. I serve as a Board Member for Collierville YoungLife and am a member of the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce. Our agency has also been recognized through State Farm's Ambassador Club and Honor Club, and we're passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.

Responsibilities:- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
