Requirements- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills across all channels - written, verbal, and attentive listening.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, ensuring swift resolutions for customer inquiries.
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter, update, and retrieve customer information in multiple systems.
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly and follow established processes.
