ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of six. As a lifelong resident of Lake Charles and a graduate of McNeese State University, I’m passionate about serving the community I call home. Before becoming an agent, I proudly served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, including two tours in Iraq. That experience helped shape the values of leadership, accountability, and service that guide our agency today.

Responsibilities:- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
