RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Approachable, Comfortable with engaging in conversations with new and current clients.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Email and answering multi- line phones.
- Ability to take payments, give the correct change and record transactions
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
