I’ve been an agent for 8.5 years and have spent a total of 33.5 years with State Farm. We currently have a team of nine, and our culture is friendly, laid-back, and growth-focused. Our team brings over 104 years of combined experience to the table, and we’re passionate about helping people protect and grow their assets. We take pride in fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone contributes to our shared success.
Community involvement is a core part of who we are. We’ve participated in projects like a Habitat for Humanity build, beach cleanups, and we support Neighbor to Neighbor—a nonprofit that helps homebound individuals get to their medical appointments. Kelly O'Brien - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
