ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Rodrigo Planter State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

The Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing general office tasks. They play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.


 


Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Handle general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • 440-insurance license is a must. If you don't have one we will reimburse you when obtained.
