Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years as a top-performing B2B sales professional before being recruited by State Farm. I'm an Ole Miss graduate, a proud mom of two little boys, and family is at the heart of everything I do.
Giving back to the community is one of my passions. I'm actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce and am a strong supporter of children's education and literacy. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
