Our agency opened in 2022 and has quickly grown into a strong team of eight. I bring over 30 years of experience with State Farm, including roles as an agent, sales leader, and in operations, which has helped shape a well-rounded and growth-focused approach to leading the team.
I’m a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Business Management and a proud parent of two high school sons. I stay actively involved in their sports and value the importance of teamwork both at home and in the office. I also come from a strong State Farm family background.

Walter Jones - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
