ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1997 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong relationships. I’m a United States Marine Corps veteran and previously worked with the State Farm Credit Union before opening my agency, bringing a disciplined and service-driven approach to the business.

I’m a graduate of Rutgers University’s School of Business and have a large, family-oriented household with children and grandchildren. I also served as a volunteer firefighter and stay involved with the Marine Corps League.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Andrew Mcfadden - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
